foxnut coconut ladoo

Here we are again with a recipe which is healthy, nutritious and delicious. It is foxnut(makhana), coconut (nariyal) and dry fruits ladoo. Let us quickly see its recipe now : 

Ingredients : 
  1. Foxnuts - 50g
  2. Coconut - 50g use shredded or desiccated coconut. I prefer to buy fresh coconut and chop it in chopper
  3. Sugar - 4-5 tbsp. Use powdered sugar,  jaggery powder or no sugar at all. 
  4. Ghee - 2-3 tbsp
  5. Milk - 1-2 tbsp
  6. Almonds - 7-10 (optional)
  7. Cashew - 7- 10 (optional)
  8. Cardamom - 1 (optional)
  9. Pinch of Nutmeg powder
Recipe 
1. Dry roast foxnuts for 10-15 min until they become crunchy
2. If you are using fresh coconut, grind it in grinder or mixer ( If you are using shredded or desiccated one, it will be already in powder form ) and then dry roast for 3-5 min along with dry fruits and cardamom.  
3. Wait for all these ingredients to cool down
4. Now mix all ingredients and make its powder in mixer
5. Add ghee and milk in powder
6. Make small round balls with this mixture. If mixture is not sticky and u r not able to form balls, add 1 extra tbsp of milk or  ghee to it.
7. Tada da, your delicious dish is ready.

How to store : Can be stored in air tight container for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
